Lulu's Cleaning Services Terms of Service

By scheduling or receiving services from Lulu's Cleaning Services, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

Lulu's Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Northern Nevada.

Service details, schedules, and pricing will be agreed upon before services are performed.

2. Estimates

All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of the estimate.

Actual pricing may vary if the condition, size, or scope of the property differs from what was originally disclosed.

3. Payment

Payment is due on the agreed-upon service date unless otherwise arranged in writing.

We reserve the right to suspend future services for unpaid balances.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests whenever possible.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in the refusal of future service.

5. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled service time.

If our team cannot access the property, a lockout fee may apply.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with a cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will make reasonable efforts to address any service-related concerns.

7. Liability

Lulu's Cleaning Services is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, improperly installed fixtures, unsecured items, or conditions beyond our control.

Any claim relating to damage or service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

8. Pets

Clients are responsible for securing pets that may interfere with cleaning services or present a safety risk to our staff.

9. Website Information

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
